He excelled at research and quickly advanced to becoming an agent where he now specializes in office leasing, representing both landlords and tenants.
Conor’s major landlord responsibilities include the marketing of both 2100 Powell Street and Marina Village. 2100 Powell Street is located in Emeryville and owned by Hines. It is the most prominent building in Emeryville standing 16 stories tall and totaling 360,000 square feet. Marina Village, the premier business park in Alameda, is owned and managed by Legacy Partners. It consists of over 1.1 million square feet.

He attended the University of California at Santa Cruz where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economics.
Conor resides in San Francisco and in his spare time enjoys following the Oakland Athletics and the Golden State Warriors.
